TOTAL BODY CIRCUIT
A fast paced class moving from one exercise to the next with short rest
periods in between. Exercises will vary week to week but will be a
combination of strength and cardio exercises for a full body workout.
Strengthen, balance, and stretch your body and mind in this all-levels yoga class. Traditional yoga poses strung together with strengthening movements and mindful breathing will increase your balance, stretch your muscles, and relax your mind.
CYCLE AND CORE
This low impact, high energy cycling class is designed to improve strength, endurance and performance. The workout will take you through sprints, hills and intervals to improve overall fitness. Class will end with 10-15 minutes of core
work off the bike.
